The Decline and Fall of SNO
Now that I am leaving Home Farm, I can be honest about my
feelings and observation. I admit my “service” was mostly in service to myself
and my comfort, but now that I no longer have to pretend in order to protect my
retirement home, I will offer these departing remarks.

The only purpose for Home Farm is to be the
physical location for SNO and a school for training of students, as well as a
retreat for those working out their Process (parts of the Purificatory Process
Vitvan speaks of).

If HF does not fulfill that purpose, there is no
reason for it to be. The teachings of Vitvan can be adequately preserved online
and in multiple private libraries. Our week long annual seminars have become a
sham, asking people to pay up to $600 to come finger paint, bird watch, toil in
a garden, or sit and do nothing calling it “contemplation” and “meditation.”
How low we have let our sights fall.

There is no one on the SNO Board who is particularly
experienced in the Purif Process to guide others through. The Board is composed
of “lifers” who put their lazy version of Vitvan ahead of their ethical
responsibility to allow others to find their own Path. Vitvan clearly stated in
the Teacher’s Manual (which we as Board of SNO failed to publish) that “there
may be as many Paths as there are students.”

SNO must develop a methodology to guide students
through the Purificatory Process. This plainly indicates that he was not
satisfied with the haphazard Darshan process of cooking students in the Field
with little structured follow-through.

Vitvan clearly embraced the scientific approach:
investigate new data and incorporate it if it advanced Purpose #1 for SNO: to
present a model of Reality in roadmap (mental description) form. This means
allowing free discussion from students of their own experiences. Yet SNO has
not added one iota to Vitvan in over 50 years.
Elementary school marms like Marj and Susan are “repeaters,” they mimic but don’t understand Vitvan’s spirit. As a result students are driven away for “heretical” views, or they are marginalized while residents. This completely violates Vitvan’s Principles on Granting Freedom, Why we don’t have rules at SNO, and how it is Black Magic to impose your private world standards on another student. (Black Magic is consciously practiced by Susan and Lynne, and unconsciously by Marj who capitulates to the negative natures of Susan and now Lynne)

An Insiders elite Clique has developed at SNO; I
know since I was one of them. Everyone who knows Susan has complained of her
tantrums and bullying. Yet when you ask Marj she says Susan is essential to the
ongoing of Home Farm (as gardener and housekeeper). She says “Susan must be
allowed her Process,” meaning she can continue her abuse of students who in
turn are NOT allowed THEIR Process. Susan serves Marj’s image of a tidy school
which overrides Marj’s capacity to actually live by Vitvan’s Principles.

There is no teacher at Home Farm, there is no
program to develop any. Those who are developing the capacity to phrase the
Teachings in their own words through personal experience are seen as a threat
by the “repeaters,” who live off a catechism of literally repeating Vitvan’s
words. Vitvan instructed us to share what we know NOW and not hold back “waiting to be
perfect;” yet as example, when one woman recently told Marj how her lifelong depression
was cured in a session with the ancient sacrament Iboga, Marj’s reply was “no one
here would be interested.”
Clearly what Marj meant is that she is not interested. Marj gave up on her Purificatory Process long ago, as did most of us. We are threatened by anyone who claims to have had a breakthrough. We push them away and dismiss their experience as “projection,” “astral fantasy,” or we use fancy buzzwords like “reification of an objectification.” Just pure bullshit.
Many students have had breakthrough understandings of Vitvan’s words (which was his entire purpose, to move from mentalizing verbal church-tape-listening level, to actual gnosis of the I AM to be found within) through time-honored sacred plants and substances called entheogens, or psychedelics, but they are discouraged from sharing their experience, even threatened with half-lies to force them out. I myself wish I could revisit using such substances. I used to be a fun person, but my inner spiritual spring has dried up, and even my own wife threatens my freedom should I dare again try them. Am I not a hen-pecked coward and half man now? It is truly better I depart with some small shred of integrity left.

I am aware that investigations are underway for
the fraudulent application I submitted to the Department of Agriculture, NRCS,
obtaining funds to upgrade our domestic water supply, even though said funds
are ONLY for agricultural purposes. We have actually done nothing to develop
such agricultural projects, and never really intended to. I think it would be
wise for me to distance myself now in case there are fines and penalties
imposed.

I am aware that SNO continues to violate the
Health Code by operating a non-commercial level kitchen yet charging the public
for meals, year after year. The Clique’s culture of imagining themselves to be
above the law will one day catch up to them for a rude awakening. I don’t want
to be around.

Numerous other code violations exist at Home
Farm. These will come back to bite us in the ass also. The arrogance of the
Board has driven away our best maintenance people, and cut our income from
donations. The Board has shot themselves in the feet, both of them.
Those remaining grow infirm and old; I always tried to avoid as much work as possible, and I don’t know now how SNO will be able to afford the improvements needed, nor find the willing and able bodies.

of Marj, Lynne, Susan and their clone cronies, let me distance myself and say
my farewells.
Vitvan, forgive me. I capitulated and went along for too
